Large package items are subject to a $ 45.00 carrier surcharge. All dimensions are approximate dimensions, weights are maximum weights per bag type and the weight that each bag type’s initial pricing is based. Our final price will be adjusted to reflect the increase in classification and will be billed at the final weight as determined by the carrier. For your convenience most cases can be purchased in our travel store.       Please note that the carrier will determine the billable weight for this class item in one of two ways. 1) the actual weight versus 2) the dimensional weight. The dimensional weight is used when the dimensions of a package exceeds pre-determined industry guidelines for a given weight. Eg: a 25 pound item takes up the dimensions allocated for a heavier item. When this occurs, the carrier will determine their rate based upon the greater of the two. Our final price will be adjusted to reflect the increase in classification and will be billed at the final weight as determined by the carrier.
